Founded in 1996, 2PIGRECOE, also known as 2πE, emerged with a mission to offer comprehensive engineering design services coupled with project, cost, and construction management, prioritizing quality and added value. Specializing in civil and infrastructure engineering, its scope encompasses diverse sectors including industrial, environmental, and public/private works both domestically and internationally.
The company provides expert consultancy on various aspects of project management, from design to cost planning and procurement, across a wide spectrum of projects. From roads and railroads to buildings, structures, plants, and environmental studies, 2PIGRECOE ensures excellence and compliance with regulations. Over the years, it has honed its expertise, particularly in industrial engineering, infrastructure, environment, and plants.
In 2014, 2PIGRECOE joined the ISS International SpA Group, further enriching its capabilities and extending its reach. This strategic partnership underscores 2PIGRECOE‘s commitment to continuous growth and excellence in delivering engineering solutions worldwide.

ISS International SpA is an Italian company providing Integrated Engineering Services nationally and internationally.
It offers multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction management, pre-commissioning, commissioning, training, production engineering, operations and maintenance management and supervision, project management, QHSE, and technical assistance in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water Treatment, Civil, and Infrastructure sectors.
